TARTAN MONDAY...

Well, Tartan or Plaid is not a new trend at all... this has been in existence for ages. It is a very unique style and can be worn with anything depending on the color of yours.
I've always wanted one... although am being told all the time that i should only wear plain clothes because am short. LOL but i decided to give it a try anyways...

This look is very simple and comfortable (except for the heels because i don't like heels no matter how high or low) LOL

 I got these Tartan pants at a thrift market on Saturday (it was super cheap) and i like the fact that there are so many thrift markets in Nairobi...you get to find a lot of random things and great prices.

The white long sleeved shirt is a TM LEWIN brand which i also bought at a thrift market a long time ago. its really big and long and i wanted to get it fitted but it came in handy today. LOL 

White (plain) is one of the best blend that is used for Tartan and this look is perfect for the office and also as a casual day wear. You don't necessarily have to wear long sleeved shirts with tartan... a camisole and a plain blazer would do too!

Finally, i went for the most comfortable heels that i have... Although i think brogues will go perfectly with this look too.
